2. The present application has been preferred for restoration of anticipatory bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 20265 of 2026 which was dismissed for inadvertence & partly non-compliance of the pre-emptory order passed by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2026, directing the petitioner to remove the defects pointed out by the Office within one week's pre-emptory.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 48943 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
