It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court dated 27.2.2024, passed in CWJC No. 18359 of 2022, has stood complied with, inasmuch as the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked with effect from 21.6.2024, an order dated 28.11.2024 has been issued,
Patna High Court MJC No.2212 of 2024(4) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 directing the petitioner to join at his new place of posting i.e. Community Health Centre, Pakribarawan, District-Nawada and the due salary for the period subsequent to 21.6.2024 till date shall be paid within a period of two weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.

It is needless to state that in case the outstanding salary, as aforesaid, is not paid to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Government of Bihar, Patna, shall not draw his salary. 4.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
