The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 142 of 2020 registered under Section 30(A) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4394 of 2021(6) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-VII-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 142 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
