Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently submitted that petitioner name has cropped up at the behest of the arrested accused. The petitioner has no role in respect of the alleged offences under Section 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code in Pipra P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021 dated 02.04.2021. Perusal of the records it is evident that petitioner is involved in more than 14 cases which are mostly in respect of heinous crime, therefore, it is not fit case to grant regular bail application. Accordingly, regular bail application stands rejected.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused have been granted bail. Merely, coaccused were on bail such a benefit cannot be enure to the

At this stage, it is not appropriate to grant bail only it could be examined after filing charge-sheet and prime witnesses were required to be examined and cross examined. (P. B.
