1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(4), 324(4), 326(g), 115(2), 109, 132, 221, 121(1) and 121(2) of the B.N.S.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2026 and has antecedent of one case. It is next submitted that prosecution story in short is that the accused persons including the petitioner were enraged when the deceased was brought to the hospital and was declared dead by the doctor. Accordingly, the accused persons including the petitioner created ruckus and set ambulance on fire and the accused were identified by video footage.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Md. Monaf @ Munaf had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.26168 of 2026 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 08.05.2026. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Md. Monaf, thus seeks regular bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhaka P. S. Case No.302 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
