JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle and in course of investigation, it came to light that for theft of the motorcycle, Jehenabad P.S.case No. 490 of 2014 had been registered, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Nagar ( Nawada) P.S.Case No. 365 of 2015, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
