2. The present application has been preferred: for restoration of Cr.Misc.No.

16913 of 2026, which was dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the preemptory order dated 06.05.2026 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Roy, by which the report as also the supervision note be called for from the legible copy of the case diary, the criminal antecedent court of learned A.C.J.M.-1. Barh in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2025. It is further stated that Let Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh appeared in this case and his name be published in the cause list. He shall be filing an affidavit on behalf of the S.S.P., Patna/

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50892 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 A.S.P., Barh, before that it is necessary to constitute a team headed by A.S.P.. Barh, so that the girl is recovered. Further it was ordered that let a copy of the petition be handed over to Mr. Jutendra Kumar Singh by tomorrow and the receipt has to be filed in the office by 08.05.2026 failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 and 4 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 50892 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the Cr. Misc.No. 16913 of 2026 is restored to its original file.
