The petitioners are accused in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015, registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is that the daughter of informant was killed administering poison by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they have been falsely implicated in this case on suspicion. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased is also in custody. The further submission is that the petitioners are in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51505 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 custody since 04.07.2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners namely Shambhu Singh and Urmila Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Sahar P.S.
