The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.186 of 2013, arising out of Patepur P.S. Case No.60 of 2012 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Adhoc A.D.J.-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Admittedly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 01.10.2013 passed in Criminal Misc. No.14324 of 2013 and vide order dated 07.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.15937 of 2014 as also disposed of by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53636 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 2/2 20.03.2015 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s).1996 of 2015.

I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is again rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
