2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):
for modification of order, extending time to surrender dated12.03.0226 passed by this Court in Cri. Misc. No. 15343/2026 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Sonpur P.S case no. 614/2025.
3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph no. 4 of the petition, the Cr. Misc. No. 54452 of 2026 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
