Patna High Court MJC No.2378 of 2024(3) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 Officer, Purnahiya Block, Sheohar, had initiated encroachment proceedings, vide Land Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2023-24, whereafter, he has passed the final order on 4.10.2024, hence, in case the petitioner is so aggrieved he may challenge the same, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 4.10.2024, passed by the Circle Officer, Purnahiya Block, Sheohar, in connection with Land Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2023-24, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 11 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
