2. The application is filed for modification of the order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4252 of 2024, seeking extension of time for furnishing bail bond.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that just after the order having been passed by this Court, the petitioner got married and went to her matrimonial home. On account of the aforesaid reason, she could not furnish the bail bond within the stipulated period.

4. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54362 of 2026(2) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed.

5. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond be extended for a further period of four weeks, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- which shall be deposited in the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority.
