1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 498(A), 506, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. In compliance of the order dated 13.10.2023 both the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 along with their respective learned counsel are present.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submitted that the issue in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 has been resolved and they are staying

5. The opposite party no. 2, who is present in the Court, submits that she is staying with the petitioner but then the petitioner is not taking good care of her nor is allowing her to pursue her further study.

6. The said allegation of the opposite party no. 2 is denied by the petitioner and the petitioner submits that in order to show his bona fide he will get a saving account of the opposite party no. 2 opened in a bank within one week from today and will deposit an amount of Rs.3,000/- per month in the said account.

7. The opposite party no. 2 also agrees and concurs with the submission of the petitioner.

8. Considering the fact that both petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are staying together, as such, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Begusarai Muffasil (Singhaul O.P.) P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021,
