By deceitful means Pratima Kumari aged about 15 years was taken away by Tetri Divi, neighbour and since thereafter, she became traceless. The informant, her father made hectic search and during course thereof, he came to know with regard to involvement of the persons having named in the FIR including the petitioner involved in kidnapping of his daughter. The statement of the victim has been annexed as Annexure-2 wherefrom it is evident that no allegation has been attributed against the petitioner save and except his presence in a room at Bettiah.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55399 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 Accordingly, petitioner Gauri Yadav @ Gauri Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah at West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. case no. 90 of 2016.
