2. This matter has been listed for out of turn hearing on account of the mention slip filed by the learned counsel for the opposite party on 27.07.2026.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party submits that the opposite party has got no objection to the Matrimonial Case No.767 of 2023 (Roshan Kumar v/s Pinki Kumari) being transferred from the court of the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Buxar.
4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party, let the records of Matrimonial Case No.767 of 2023 be transferred from the
Patna High Court MJC No.2517 of 2024(4) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 court of the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to the court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Buxar. It is expected that the petitioner will co-operate in disposal of Matrimonial Case No.767 of 2023 by appearing/recording evidence through virtual mode before the concerned court and will not take unnecessary adjournment and will make endeavor in getting the said Matrimonial Case No.767 of 2023 to its logical conclusion.
5. The present M.J.C. petition is allowed.
