04 litres of countrymade wine along with two glasses were seized behind the house of the petitioner while he was engaged in selling the same and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 21.08.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner, Satahu Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dumariaghat P.
