2. The present application is filed for modification of the order dated 06.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 83857 of 2025, seeking extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that unfortunately before the order dated 02.01.2026, having been passed by this Court, the petitioner met with a motorcycle accident and he was under treatment. Hence, he could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the period stipulated under the order, and as such, the present application.

4. Learned Advocate for the State has no serious objection.
