====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 dated 24.03.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 465, 466, 468, 471, 193 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The present case has been lodged in view of order dated 16.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76586 of 2023 whereby a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has directed to the Registrar General to register an FIR against the petitioner and his father for suppression of facts before this Court.

4. Accordingly, the FIR has been lodged on the direction of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59258 of 2024(3) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as on perusal of the records, it reveals that the petitioner and his father have suppressed the facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
