JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.Case No. 229 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of recovery one Katta and one cartridge from the bushes after the police apprehended three accused persons, including the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and he is in custody for more than seven months. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76452 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.Case No. 229 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
