In the instant petition petitioner has sought for regular bail under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S. Case No. 424 of 2020 (Sessions Trial No. 119 of 2022), instituted for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. Perusal of the records it is evident that petitioner is a habitual offender for the offence under Arms Act, as is evident from para 3 of the petition that he is involved in four cases other than the present one, therefore, it is pre-mature to entertain the regular bail.
