BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 23-12-2022 The matter is taken up through virtual court proceedings. Perusal of the records, it is event that petitioner is involved for the offences under Section 376 (D)/506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act in connection with Parasbiha P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022. Victim is a minor girl and it is learnt that charge sheet has been filed having regard to the alleged offences which are heinous in nature. It is not appropriate to grant bail at this stage. Nodoubt charge sheet has been filed, at the same time unless and until prime witnesses are examined, question of examining whether petitioner is entitled to bail or not is a matter which required after examination of prime witnesses, therefore, present
