JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11641 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender, wherein the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender on time. Hence, he seeks four weeks' time to surrender before learned Court below.

No.70189 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 Considering the fact that the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was allowed on 18.11.2021 wherein the present modification petition has been filed on 08.12.2022, after one year of the order, this Court is not inclined to extend the period of surrender. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
