It is submitted that altogether five petitioners have been granted bail vide order dated 22.12.2017 by this Court but inadvertently, name of petitioner no.5, Amarjeet Kumar, has not been mentioned in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 62191 of 2017. Therefore, the order may be modified to the aforesaid extent and period of surrender may be extended by further four weeks. In view of the submission, the order dated 22.12.2017 is modified to the aforesaid extent only and the period of surrender is extended by further four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
