2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mahkar P.S Case No. 117 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 506, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is second attempt for regular bail of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 08.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 40055 of 2024. Earlier the Status report was called for.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. On perusal Status report, it appears that twelve months time is required to the Trial Court to conclude the trial. Moreover, there is no fresh ground to consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.

7. However, trial Court is directed to adhere to his letter No. 265 of 2025 and conclude the Trial within twelve months.
