JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-12-2013 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 366(A) of the Penal Code.
The petitioner submits that the age of victim girl is about 18 years and she in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she went with the petitioner on her own free will. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Pankaj Ravidas is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No.100/12 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
