ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the victim lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 993 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus against the present petitioners. It is further submitted that the husband of the victim lady has already been taken into custody.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53536 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 993 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
