The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,353,307,379,354(A),504 and 506/34 of the IPC. The prosecution case got initiated on the written report of Ved Prakash, BDO, Haspurs to the effect that on 13.10.2017 while the informant along with other officers were inspiring the villagers of Piro Panchayat to construct toilet, in the meantime, one Yogendra Yadav turned violent and started abusing and assaulting the officials. He called petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and coaccused Kedar Yadav and others, who misbehaved and assaulted the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61921 of 2017(2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 the accusation has been levelled in the background of protest being made for construction of poor quality of toilet. Admittedly, no injury was caused to anyone. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 13.10.2017 at 5.30 P.M. the FIR was registered on the same day at 8.15 P.M. Considering the nature of accusation, which does not suggest that any injury was caused to anyone, let the petitioners above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM- I, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.192 of 2017.
