2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B), 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4628 of 2024.
4. From perusal of the materials available on record, I do not find any new ground to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners again. Accordingly, the prayer

5. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
