JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 342, 307, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(ii) and 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioners that being variously armed, they came and opened fire causing injury to two persons, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
