The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 313, 323, 341, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners kicked in the abdomen of the informant as result of which pregnancy got terminated when accusation of entering into the house and snatching gold chain is against Noor Jama (non-petitioner).

Considering the fact that accusation of assault is not against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 79 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39380 of 2013 (2) dt.24-12-2013 2 / 2 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
