JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged education certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after due verification of the certificate, the petitioner was appointed and now he has been removed from service. Moreover, several other similarly situated persons who are accused in different cases have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61772 of 2017(2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 petitioner got appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged education certificate.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has been removed from service, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
