The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No.222 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 384, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner and others forcibly stopped the bus and assaulted the driver for nonpayment of Rangdari, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
