JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was paid salary of May 2016 and thereafter, without any rhyme and reason the salary of the petitioner has been stopped. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is regularly working yet the petitioner has not been paid his salary. If the petitioner is regularly working and if there is no illegality in the appointment of the petitioner, the court see no reason for nonpayment of salary of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.9143 of 2017 (2) dt.22-12-2017 2/2 is disposed of with direction to the respondent, District Programme Officer, Rohtas, respondent no.6 who shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order after verifying the relevant record and in case there is no infirmity in the appointment and the petitioner is regularly working, the respondent, District Programme Officer, Rohtas shall ensure payment of arrears and current salary of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
