2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 354, 504, 302, 506/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant and his family members. Accused persons also made firing on the informant side. It is further alleged that petitioner assaulted cousin brother of the informant with iron rod causing him injury on the head.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that parties are agnate and admittedly there is land dispute between them. There is case and counter case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74555 of 2024(2) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 15.6.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Beldaur Police Station Case No. 209 of 2024.
