Case No. 193 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 307, 323, 341, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant on his chick causing grievous injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is the son of the first cousin of the informant and there was family dispute between the parties. Moreover, the dispute between the parties have now been resolved.
