The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with (Banka) Excise Complaint Case No. 487 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 40 litres of country made liquor from the motor cycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 28.07.2017.
