Case No. 196 of 2018 dated 20.06.2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Md. Harun Quareshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdrawn this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Should such an application be filed within a period of four weeks from today, the court below shall take into account that the injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature and shall pass orders in accordance with law
