1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. In the nature of prayer made in the modification application, the Court is not inclined to entertain the same as the Court is taking a consistent view of not extending the period of surrender, if the accused has not surrendered within the time as stipulated in the order by which he was granted bail.
3. Accordingly, the modification application stands rejected.
