The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No.223 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
On secret information, the informant raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 40 liters of country made liquor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady.
Taking into consideration the fact that 40 liters of country made liquor is recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
