Patna High Court MJC No.3952 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 ORAL ORDER 31-07-2026 Though the learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the present petition, however he submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the order dated 10.02.2025, passed by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Aurangabad, in Misc. Case No. 191 of 2024 by availing such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
