JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2026 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.08.2024, passed in CWJC No.10108 of 2024, the Circle Officer, Raxaul has passed the final order under section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 15.06.2023

Patna High Court MJC No.3998 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 and thereafter, the encroachment in question has stood removed with the help of police force on 03.04.2024, thus it is submitted that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. This Court finds that neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinderaffidavit has been filed so as to dispute the aforesaid aspect of the matter, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court 01.08.2024, passed in CWJC No.10108 of 2024 has stood complied with.

3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
