1. Mr. Md. Reyaz, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application the sole petitioner has been arrested in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 448 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
