The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 21.06.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83942 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 Magistrate - XV, Gopalganj passed in Kateya @ Kattiya P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 798 of 2019 whereby and whereunder the learned court below has taken the cognizance of the offences against the petitioners under Sections 320, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
This Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of cognizance. The prayer for quashing the same is, accordingly, rejected.
However, the petitioners will be at liberty to move at an appropriate stage, if so advised.
