Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.143 of 2019 dt.23-12-2020 2/2 of the Railway, the respondent-Railways has suggested four names, out of whom petitioner has expressed his willingness and desire to choose Shri Bharat Prasad Gupta (IRSE), Ret CAO/C/N/ECR, Address-H. No.12, Mangalam Vihar, Colony, Ara Garden Road, P.O. B.V. College, Patna.
Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, Shri Bharat Prasad Gupta (IRSE), Ret CAO/C/N/ECR, Address-H. No.12, Mangalam Vihar, Colony, Ara Garden Road, P.O. B.V. College, Patna is appointed as sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute with respect to Contract no. 08/Misc/PNBE(L)/open/201314 dated 22.04.2013, tender No.C.A.No.W-7/08/Misc/PNBE(L)/ open/2013-14 dated 28.06.2013.
