1. Though the present petition has been filed complaining about disobedience of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2019, passed in CWJC No.8253 of 2019, however, this Court finds that in compliance of the said order dated 19.04.2019, the Collector, Munger has already passed a reasoned order dated 17.11.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 17.11.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
