Mr. Brajendra Nath Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner seeks bail in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 130/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that his grand daughter, Dip Mala Kumari was killed by her husband, i.e. the petitioner and his family members for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, due to which she died and she was cremated without informing her parents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also in view of the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68801 of 2018(3) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within one year from the date of receipt of the order. If the trial is not concluded within one year, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J) Sanjay/- U T
