2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sarmera P.S Case No. 260 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 329(4), 352 of the BNS.

3. On perusal of materials available on record and the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no fresh ground for considering the second regular bail application of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is hereby again rejected.
