2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 329(4), 308(3), 303(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Allegation against the petitioners, along with other co-accused persons, of causing assault to the informant by means of the butt of the pistol; besides the demand of extortion.

4. Learned Advocate for the petitioners taking this Court through the F.I.R. contended that admittedly omnibus allegation has been levelled against seven named accused

Moreover, the injury, which was allegedly sustained to the informant is concerned, the same has been found to be simple in nature. To support the aforesaid contention, specific averment has been made in paragraph no.7 of the application. The petitioners are men of fair antecedent and they undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceedings of the court.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the omnibus nature of accusation, coupled with the simple nature of injury; besides the fair antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further
