2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rahui (Wena) P.S Case No. 02 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506/30 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. On perusal of materials available on record, it appears that total eight witnesses have already been examined and only one witness is left to be examined for which non bailable warrant has been issued. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was twice rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 28943 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 33218 of 2025. In Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87219 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 33218 of 2025 direction was made to the Trial Court to conclude the trial within three months but the Trial has not yet been concluded till today. Moreover, petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2023 i.e., for more than two years.

However, Superintendent of Police, Nalanda is directed to ensure the physical appearance of Investigating Officer and the victim, namely Sony Kumari before the trial Court is yet to be examined in the present case and the Trial Court is directed to conclude the Trial on day to day basis preferably within three months from the production of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is again rejected.
