JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the final order passed by the Certificate Officer, Siwan dated 06.06.2018 passed in Certificate Case No. 21 of 2014-15 by filing an appeal under Section 60 of the Bihar & Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 60 of the Act, 1914 and in case such an appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass a final order expeditiously without being impeded by the issue of limitation.
